Receive Your Introduction
Once your application is reviewed, I will send your details to the landlord and make a direct introduction between you and them.
Finalise Your Arrangement
From there, you communicate directly with the landlord, ask your questions, agree on your terms, and sign your rental agreement with them.

Why should I go with this service?
Many repats and expats have a difficult time finding long-term, secure housing when they come to Jamaica — rentals go quickly, realtors and landlords are unresponsive, and scams are prevalent.
This service is to help make things easier. I've spoken directly with each landlord or realtor of the properties I list to ensure that they're ready and available. Additionally, many of the properties I list are private and harder to find through a typical online search.
What can I expect?
This service is for those who are planning to settle in Jamaica or stay for extended periods. As such, you can expect to go through the process like a local, including:
- Completing any verification checks required by the landlord
- Paying your first and security deposit
- Setting up & paying for your own utilities
- Abiding by tenant rules and laws
Do I have to be ready to move now to apply?
Not necessarily. However all listings on this page are active, meaning the landlord is looking for a tenant now or in the near future. It's best to check this page when you're ready to move.
How does this process work?
Once you see a listing that you like, click the Apply Now button. This will open a page that will allow you to review and sign the service agreement and complete your application.
In your application, indicate which property you're applying for. Once you've applied, I'll send over your details to the landlord and create an introduction.
Fee details are outlined in the service agreement.
Can I visit the property before committing?
That is entirely between you and the landlord once the introduction has been made. You are encouraged to ask as many questions as you need and request additional photos or videos before making any decisions.
For an additional fee, I can also physically visit the property on your behalf and share my own photos and video before you apply.
How is this different from just finding a rental on Facebook or a classifieds site?
Listings on Facebook and Jamaican classifieds sites carry a real risk of being outdated, fake, or posted by unresponsive owners. Every listing on this page has been sourced directly from the landlord or their authorized agent, and I have either spoken with them personally or verified their responsiveness before listing.
You are not scrolling through hundreds of posts hoping something is real. These are active, legitimate listings.
